朱瑪：歐巴馬實現百萬非洲人夢

（中央社記者徐梅玉約翰尼斯堡2013年6月29日專電）南非總統朱瑪今天表示，美國總統歐巴馬與南非前總統曼德拉各自成為自己國家的第1位黑人總統，他們的成就，讓數以百萬計的非洲人美夢成真。
南非新聞網站「新聞24」（news24）今天報導，歐巴馬昨晚抵達南非，並於今天與朱瑪就兩國經貿與非洲安全進行討論。
歐巴馬此次訪問非洲是他就任總統以來第2次。第1次是2009年造訪迦納，當時是他擔任美國總統的第1任期。
歐巴馬在5年多總統任期只訪問非洲兩次，相對於中國大陸持續不斷的非洲投資、超越美國成為非洲最大貿易夥伴，以及他父親是肯亞人的情況下，遭評論家批評他對非洲不夠重視，與非洲人期望有所落差。

| 淋巴癌徵兆不明顯 易錯過治療期

（健康醫療網／林怡亭報導）淋巴癌為全身性疾病，屬於惡性腫瘤，致病的原因仍不明，但若能早期發現，接受治療，是能有效治癒的癌症；嘉義基督教醫院血液腫瘤科醫師李明陽指出，因淋巴癌早期徵兆不明顯，且與感冒相似，導致許多患者錯過黃金治療期，造成病情加劇。
淋巴癌症狀多發生在淋巴結腫大上，呈現豆形，會散布在身體各個地方，約有數百個左右；李明陽說，早期症狀則多發生於頭頸部、腋窩等部位，通常檢查時就能順利摸到，但因不會疼痛，才會使多數患者容易忽略疾病的警訊。
醫師李明陽進一步說明，淋巴癌其實發生在不同部位時，會出現不同的症狀表現，像是在胃腸道時，就可能會有腸阻塞、腹瀉等症狀，若發生於鼻咽部，則可能會出現鼻塞、流鼻水、扁桃腺腫大等症狀。
目前淋巴癌多被懷疑可能是長期暴露在某些化學物質、嚴重免疫機能異常等因素有關；李明陽呼籲，民眾若發現身體有異常腫大的情形發生時，就應盡快就醫檢查，早期發現，接受治療，就能避免受到疾病纏身，為自己健康把關。
