| 日本腦炎侵犯！四旬男子答非所問送急診

夏天防曬，別忘防蚊！衛生署疾病管制局上周確認新增一例日本腦炎病例，這位住在台中42歲男性，上個月底出現發燒、神智不清、答非所問等症狀，送醫急診後，確認是今年第四例日本腦炎病例，目前仍住院治療。
目前是日本腦炎流行高峰期，疾管局防疫醫師羅一鈞提醒，成年人若居住在水稻田或養豬戶、養鴿戶周邊，或在這些有感染疑慮的地方工作，也可以視需求到署立醫院等處自費接種疫苗預防。另外，疾管局也公佈，一名去年發病的日本腦炎死亡個案，是一名53歲女性，去年10月中旬感染日本腦炎後，持續住院治療，上個月17號併發肺炎及敗血性休克死亡。
