| 營養午餐「食材登錄」 北市9月上路！

學童一個接著一個，拿著餐盤，排隊領取營養午餐，瞧，餐盤裡青菜、魚、肉，少不了，食材相當豐盛，但為了讓學童吃得健康，讓家長更放心，台北市衛生局全國首創，建置食材登錄系統，今年9月開始，30間合約廠商，8間學校自設廚房，必須每天上衛生局網站，將購買青菜、魚肉、白飯和麵，自行登錄食材產地，還得要標註是哪個產銷班購買，就連食材進貨來源，也得公開告知大眾，衛生局將不定期抽驗，一旦廠商蓄意登載不實，將被開罰3萬到3百萬不等。
北市衛生局食藥處處長邱秀儀：「透過這個系統，家長、所有家長，他也今天不用擔心說，今天小孩吃什麼，小孩講不清楚，他只要透過這些資訊就可以查詢。」
就怕病死豬、塑化劑、毒澱粉事件再度上演，衛生局決定建置「食材登錄」系統，讓營養午餐食物來源更透明，而家長未來也能透過電腦、智慧型手機、超商查詢食材來源，一旦發生安全疑慮，就能釐供應鏈，追溯原料商，立刻要求廠商下架回收，邱秀儀：「我直接告訴大家說，我這個地方(食材)是哪裡來的，這樣子民眾在看的時候，會比較清楚。」
衛生局強調，台北市不是農產品主要原產地，就是不希望每一次爆發食品安全問題，才開始追查源頭，現在先從「營養午餐」下手，要求廠商先將「食材登錄」，清楚掌握學童「吃」的安全！
