| 觀光旅館8成6不合格 桃園飯店食品過期2年

近來食品安全問題頻傳，現在連國際觀光飯店也驚傳過期食品。行政院消保處今(1)日公布21家國際觀光旅館，在建築安全、消防安全、宴會廳廚房衛生安全及投保公共意外險等5項抽查結果，有13家的衛生安全不符規定，其中位於桃園的桃園大飯店情況最為嚴重，包含多件過期食品，甚至過期時間最長達2年。
消保處於今(102)年5月期間，至台北市、台中市、台南市、高雄市、桃園縣及宜蘭縣等21家國際觀光旅館查核，除了投保公共意外責任險全數合格外，其餘4項均符合規定僅有3家，包含台北喜來登、豪景，以及台中長榮桂冠酒店，其他18家業者皆查出違規，不合格率高達8成6。而最為誇張的則是桃園大飯店及南方莊園，4項全都不合格。
在衛生安全問題部分，有13家查出生熟食未分離、過期食品等問題，像是國賓飯店、台北老爺大酒店、礁溪老爺大酒店、蘭城晶英酒店等星級飯店均「榜上有名」。其中，桃園大飯店的儲放乾貨食材區內，發現過期食品高達38件，甚至有件「珍珠瓜」有效期限為100年1月19日即已到期，過期時間長達2年。
消保處指出，根據食品衛生管理法規定，於廚房作業區貯存過期食品，除了立即查封外，還可處以3萬到15萬元罰鍰。目前已針對桃園大飯店開罰6萬、礁溪老爺大酒店及蘭城晶英酒店分別開罰3萬元，並要求立即改善。
此外，還有7家飯店建築安全出現瑕疵，包含安全梯、安全門無法密合關閉、堆積雜物，或是逃生出口門上鎖；5家出現消防安全設備問題，像是探測器動作表示燈故障、幫浦啓動表示燈故障；還有16家訂席服務定型化契約，未提供消費者5日審閱期。
消保處表示，已請相關主管機關儘速要求不符合規定的業者改善，若相關法規訂有罰則，則應確實依法處分，並請相關主管機關針對觀光旅館的公共安全、衛生安全，進行全面性普查。

【綜合報導】美國前情報人員史諾登因揭發美國情報局監聽民眾通訊一事逃亡海外，也讓監聽事件發燒。美國總統歐巴馬今日在坦尚尼亞訪問記者會上表示，所有國家都會監聽情蒐，還說與交情好的歐洲各國，大家也是「聽來聽去」。
德國一家雜誌「Der Spiegel」揭露，指美方也監聽歐洲許多官方機構；而日本媒體也報導，日本大使館也曾被監聽。對此，歐巴馬說：「我與歐洲領袖們之間的談話，早就被監聽了。」他還指出不只美國，所有歐洲國家大家也都是互相監聽做情蒐。
