《期貨》7月摩台開盤價為280.7，下跌1大點

【時報記者任珮云台北報導】7月摩台今早開盤價為280.7，下跌1大點。
從籌碼面來看，昨日三大法人在現貨部位中除投信買超外，外資與自營商則站在賣超方。外資賣超68.22億元，投信買超0.02億元，自營商則是賣超2.05億元，三大法人合計賣超70.25億元。在期貨部位方面，投信繼續偏多操作，但外資與自營商則是偏空調整。自營商減持459口多單，目前手上部位留有1390口淨多單；投信增持392口多單，目前部位為1360口淨多單；外資減持634口多單，目前部位為淨空單2510口。三大法人期貨部位總計為淨多單240口，較上個交易日減少701口空單。
由於近期國際股市出現急彈走勢，法人們也順勢在期貨與選擇權大幅調整部位，對台股看法已不像在七月期貨剛轉為近月合約時的悲觀。

《 建設大廈》將經典的堆房子遊戲加入了新元素，玩家不再是無限的將樓層堆上去，每十層可完成一棟小公寓，放入像是道具欄的空間就可以在一定時間內獲得金錢收入，每次挑戰蓋高樓都要花錢，對於技巧不好的玩家來說真是花錢如流水，基底可以隨意放，共有三次失誤機會，失敗了就得重蓋，蓋好的建築物越多，你的星等評價與人口也會越來越多，不過吊線擺動的幅度其實滿大的，很容易就會蓋歪，幸好這款遊戲的房屋不會傾倒，只要花點耐心就可以逐步增加建築物數量。
萬丈高樓平地起...
拿著降落傘飛進住家的居民...難道大廈沒有電梯？！
這麼歪都不會倒！太棒了～
星等提高才能解開其他種樓層
