| 基本工資審議 9月定案

基本工資審議機制將有大變革？行政院勞委會勞動條件處副處長謝倩蒨昨（二）表示，目前台灣基本工資審議委員會是由勞方、資方、學者、政府等代表所組成，但因為去年會中有人提議參考國外制度，因此，勞委會收集相關資訊後，預計九月開會時將會提出審議機制是否修正的提案，到時候就會做出決議。
謝倩蒨指出，目前勞委會正在收集國外的做法，以便研議實際的機制，以鄰近國家來說，韓國的模式就是先由勞方、資方進行對話後，然後將對話結果交由第三方公益團體組成最低工資委員會進行決議，等到做出決議後交由勞動部決定是否調整最低工資。
謝倩蒨進一步指出，以日本模式而言，日本分成中央顧問委員會、地方政府的審議會兩部分，兩者都是由勞方、資方、公益團體所組成，但中央只有建議權，只有地方才能夠做出決議，決定是否調整最低工資。目前勞委會已收集世界各國的基本工資審議機制，等到九月召開基本工資審議委員會的時候就會提出來討論，屆時將決定是否修正現行的審議機制。
我國的基本工資審議委員會是由勞、資、學、政等代表所組成，每年於第三季召開會議，會中做出決議後就交由勞委會陳報行政院核定是否調整基本工資。基本工資審議委員會各界代表人數曾進行調整。
