【賴又嘉／台北報導】媚登峰負責人因涉嫌販賣過期保健食品及化妝品给會員，負責人莊雅清昨(3日)晚移送北檢複訊後，遭檢方依詐欺、偽造文書等罪諭令10萬元交保。莊雅清今(4日)凌晨步出地檢署表示：「謝謝大家關心，我們會徹查，會還給會員一個公道。」隨即搭車離去。
媚登峰集團遭內部員工檢舉，指高層明知部分保健食品已過期，竟要求員工向會員推銷販賣，還涉嫌盜刻會員印章，偷向國稅局查會員財力證明，昨遭檢調搜索、約談。

【簡威弘／新北報導】今天中午12時許，新店區青潭國小圍牆外路樹上，民眾發現1顆跟籃球一樣大的蜂窩，新店消防分隊獲報，到場發現是虎頭蜂窩，且高度高達3層樓高，立即加派雲梯車支援。
警消先疏散附近住戶，拉起封鎖線以防民眾靠近受傷，隨後由2名警消穿著全套捕蜂衣，升上雲梯後，持火把燒毀蜂窩，並以水柱撲滅火星，水火夾攻，花了1個多小時順利將它摘除，讓住戶與學童免受虎頭蜂威脅。

| 媚登峰賣逾期品 最重可罰1500萬元

【沈能元／台北報導】北市衛生局去年8月接獲民眾檢舉，媚登峰疑似販售逾期食品，北市衛生局今與台北市調查處共同至媚登峰健康事業總公司、美連雲店稽查，並在美連雲店查獲3件逾期食品、22種逾期化妝品、29種疑似塗改有效期限化妝品。北市衛生局表示，業者販售逾期食品已違反《食品衛生管理法》，最重可開罰1500萬元。
北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，去年8月接獲民眾檢舉後，曾至媚登峰西門店與美連雲店稽查，發現逾期食品，當時以《食品衛生管理法》開罰業者3萬元。今再度進行後續調查，其中「活采優骨素」有效期限為2012年1月27日，逾期超過1年，另2件「御梨寶飲品」、「御母寶飲品」逾期也已超過1年，將依法開罰。
另22種逾期化妝品中，極致溫和調理面膜已逾期3年，現要求業者立即下架，業者若不下架將依《消保法》開罰業者6萬元至150萬元；而29種疑似塗改有效期限化妝品，若查證屬實，將依《化妝品衛生管理條例》開罰最高業者每件10萬元。
