| 法國防解密 核試輻射落大溪地

法國「巴黎人日報」（Le Parisien）今天報導，法國在1966年和1974年之間於法屬玻里尼西亞進行核試驗的輻射，造成大量對身體有害的鈽落到大溪地島上。
其中一次核試驗所產生的鈽輻射是「在1個小時內容許最高濃度的500倍」，是國家宣布輻射量最多的區域。
法國軍隊在2006年確認，1974年7月17日核試造成的輻射塵擴及大溪地島（Tahiti Island），大溪地島是法屬玻里尼西亞中人口最稠密的島嶼之一。但是軍方沒有提供進一步細節。
今年一月，國防秘密委員會通過，將法國在玻里尼西亞進行核試驗的58個文件解密。
解密文件中指出，1974年7月17日核試的輻射塵在7月19日和20日隨著雨水落在大溪地島上，「所含的鈽，是對健康最危險的因素」，鈽的輻射量是「在1個小時內容許最高濃度的500倍」，解密文件指出，整個法屬玻里尼西亞有超過350次輻射塵落下。
軍方文件還表明，法國軍隊士兵也首次受到輻射影響。
約15萬名軍、文職人員參加在1960年到1966年之間於阿爾及利亞撒哈拉沙漠，以及1966年到1974年之間在法屬玻里尼西亞所進行的核試。
幾十年來，這些軍人成為癌症患者，平民也籠罩在輻射塵中，軍方一直給相同的答案－「核試都在控制當中，影響極微小」。
法國核試老兵協會提出控訴後，巴黎法院公共衛生部門在2004年展開調查，因司法要求，去年12月，政府終於同意解密一部份資料。

| 家樂福熟食區 「小強」亂竄搶食

【簡威弘／新北報導】家住新店區的50歲劉小姐控訴，今早11時許她到寶橋路上的家樂福採購，她先在牛奶區發現老鼠衝過去，接著走到熟食區，又見蟑螂順著鐵櫃往上跑，一路衝到高麗菜盤下，又鑽進縫隙中消失，她來不及拍下老鼠照片，只拍到蟑螂亂竄。
劉小姐先詢問熟食區員工說：「怎麼會這樣？」對方只回她：「嗯。」她最後離開前逛到服務台，拿出她拍下蟑螂攀爬的照片，詢問店家怎麼處理，最後1名員工出面表示：「會再與清潔公司聯繫。」讓她覺得家樂福態度敷衍。
對此，家樂福總公司表示，每家店平時都會進行環境消毒及滅鼠等工作，今晚會再次全面加強，並增加清潔密度。

| 明年縣市議員選戰 台聯首波提名13人

【黃揚明／台北報導】明年底將7合1地方選舉，台聯副秘書長劉一德今天表示，台聯預計將提名50人參選明年縣市議員，只要有實力的人選、有機會的區域就會提名，但縣市長部分目前並未規劃參選。
為提早佈局，台聯中執會周一已通過首波13位縣市議員提名名單，提名名單包括現任的台北市議員陳建銘（士林、北投選區）、台中市議員高基讚（豐原、后里選區）、嘉義市議員蔡永泉（東區）及屏東縣議員潘長成（潮州等9鄉鎮）。
此外，台聯組織部主任蕭貫譽將再戰新北市板橋區；桃園縣部分，桃園市選區提名李光達、中壢市選區提名現任市民代表黃治東；新竹市東區提名關東里長劉聲正；南投縣南投、名間選區提名南投縣黨部主委蕭文進。台南市永康、新市區提名前台南縣議員楊中成，安南區提名前台南市議員劉益昌，東區提名台南市黨部主委陳昌輝；高雄市三民區提名前高市議員楊定國參選。
