| 藉人頭炒股 上櫃公司董事被訴

【黃哲民、實習記者蔡承祐／新北報導】在股票上櫃科技公司擔任董事的50歲謝姓男子，4年前與董事長的父親李姓男子（52歲）及陳姓員工（37歲），涉共同炒作自家股價，在16個交易日內，將自家股價拉抬近1倍。新北地檢署今起訴3人涉犯《證券交易法》操縱股價罪嫌，最重可各判刑10年，得各併科2億元以下罰金。
起訴指出，謝男3人瞞著董事長，利用人頭帳戶高價買進股票並以相對成交方式拉抬股價，且刻意拉尾盤大筆買進急速漲停。從2009年1月到2月之間16個交易日，該公司股價從7.01元漲到13.5元，漲幅高達92.58%，同時期大盤指數漲幅僅3.66%。
謝男辯稱當時股市低迷，他以股東身分盡綿薄之力，為自家股價護盤。李男辯稱想取得該公司經營權，以便轉為生產更賺錢商品。檢方指2人辯詞太瞎，依涉案期間股價最高點全數出脫估算，3人可獲利逾3百萬元。
