| 〈獨家〉兜售「假愛心」筆？ 民蒐證檢舉遭毆

暑假到了，您是否注意到，街頭賣愛心筆的青少年，變多了？台北市一名張姓男子，日前在京九轉運站，發現有青少年，兜售每把250元的愛心筆，因為懷疑幕後有集團操控，偷偷用手機錄影，打算跟警方檢舉，沒想到對方發現被拍，憤而出手打人，造成被害人肩膀和背部挫傷，鬧上警局。
人來人往的交通轉運站，好幾名青少年就在馬路旁做生意，他們看到民眾就往前靠近，包包裡面全是他們俗稱的愛心筆。投訴民眾張先生：「每一個人衝過來追打我，當時我就先跑。」
當初張姓男子覺得，這群人又在詐騙民眾愛心，用手機偷拍打算檢舉，沒想到卻遭對方動手推打，造成他背部和肩膀受傷，氣得到警察局報案。
曾經，警方破獲假愛心集團，發現他們幕後有集團操控，不論是在醫院或者高鐵車站，鎖定流動人口多的地點，販售商品。記者：「那一次買主要是什麼原因？」民眾：「因為一直推銷不讓我走，不一定是筆，也有可能是包包或錢包。」
鐵路警察局第一警務段副段長王寶章：「一般如果帶回派出所處理，會依鐵路法裁罰，依照個案情節不同，裁罰新台幣300元到3000元不等。」
台北市勞工局表示，愛心筆集團到處流竄，因為打工的青少年大多滿16歲，都算合法打工，提醒民眾下回掏錢購買商品，最好多想清楚，是幫到眼前兜售的學生，還是讓幕後集團得利。
