午後暴雨亂大陸機場　頻上演全武行

大雨下不停，大陸各地出現強降雨，使得班機延誤情況嚴重，溫州機場有2名女乘客，因為航班延遲好幾小時，和地勤人員起了爭執，雙方互相推打，還用腳踹。

打人乘客劉微微：「正好有個領導打電話給她，她正好在接電話，另一名乘客說，那你電話給我們接一下，她就不同意，邊接電話的時候就邊躲閃，然後我們就語言上發生了衝突，然後就肢體上發生了衝突。」

大陸氣候不穩定，機場大亂，北京機場這個月2日，有275架航班取消，準時出發率只有17%，今年1月昆明機場，也因為大霧取消440架班次，造成萬人滯留，去年1月上海浦東機場，還出現民眾霸占機坪事件，大陸央視為此還特地製作了「文明出行」的專題，要旅客和航空公司相互體諒。

儘管最近航班延誤問題嚴重，但大陸今天仍大張旗鼓地宣布，「機上即時上網」服務，正式開張。央視記者高雪楠：「其實除了微博，我們這次還有一個非常重要的任務要完成，就是在萬米高空上，實現媒體的現場直播。」

過去所謂的「機上上網」，其實並非即時連上網路，未來大陸國航在部分航班，將提供免費即時收發E-mail，看股票或上微博等服務，但今天測試並不順利，技術仍有待改進。

指考公民 核四、證所稅都入題

爭議的核四公投、證所稅、自由貿易協定，都出現在今年指考中。高中老師評論，今年試題比以前稍難，比起去年均標七十三分，今年將降到五十五分到六十分。而地理和歷史試題越來越長，考驗學生閱讀能力。(陳映竹報導)

時事入題一向是公民與社會科一貫的特色，今年試題取材包羅萬象，像是核四公投、陸資來台、七合一選舉、兩岸協商、自由貿易協定等，九九課綱首度入題，新增的中國政治和經濟體制也入題。

台北市內湖高中姜淑慎指出，今年部分題目敘述不清，考生恐怕難以判斷，整體難度比以前難，預估均標在五十五分到六十分。

地理取材生活化，台灣黑熊、客家文化、歐債都入題。補教分析，今年難度比去年略微提高，題目又長，得要「轉好幾個彎」才能解出，難度較去年略微提高，頂標預計降三分。

指考歷史也側重學生閱讀能力，要史料文本找答案，高中老師認為，這幾年歷史出題朝閱讀型題目發展，考生要注意這個趨勢，強化閱讀能力。補教則預估，雖然今年試題中偏難，但比去年簡單，預估五標會增加二到五分。
