小的目前暫時會在科技廠待兩個月 市面上無照相 3G手機 動輒兩三千 實在不想為了兩個月花這筆錢 想請問 科技廠專用機 (EX: GG 的 華為 U1100) 哪裡可以買得到? 或者版友有二手的可以賣我嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.123.132

| 首例！ 役男愛滋身分遭曝光獲國賠

一名愛滋感染者日前因為公務機關疏失，導致身分曝光，憤而要求國家賠償。地方法院今年4月判決區公所賠償新台幣5萬元，這是台灣第一起公務機關因導致感染者身分曝光而遭判賠的案例。愛滋感染者權益促進會今天(3日)表示，這是感染者爭取隱私權的里程碑。
愛滋感染者小健因為患有愛滋病，不用當兵，3年前當他向公務機關提出免役申請時，雖然獲得承諾不會讓隱私曝光，不過區公所在處理過程中卻將印有「通報為HIV個案」的通知書直接交給小健的母親，小健在毫無準備的情況下接到母親來電，頓時啞口無言，經歷了一場家庭風暴。
小健認為，公務機關應該更審慎保護感染者的隱私，因此決定依據感染者權益保障條例，提起請求國賠訴訟。歷經2年時間，地方法院終於在今年4月判決區公所賠償小健新台幣5萬元。小健說：『(原音)我覺得這邊最過分的是國家有跟我說不會告訴家人，但是他最後告訴家人了，我覺得這根本是被國家背叛的狀況。因為如果國家是跟我說會告訴家人，那我可以自己先跟家人溝通，我可以在他們知道的時候，在他們身邊一起面對。』
愛滋感染者權益促進會秘書長林宜慧表示，這是台灣第一起公務機關因導致感染者身分曝光而遭判賠的案例，在感染者爭取隱私權的奮鬥路程上是重要的里程碑。
內政部目前也修正「役男徵兵檢查作業規定」，明確規範辦理愛滋役男徵兵檢查案件時，應該以密件處理，同時應該由役男本人收受相關文件。
權促會社工張正學則表示，曾經接獲不少感染者是在軍中檢查確認感染愛滋，軍中的處理方式卻經常是直接通知家長，讓感染者受到極大傷害，他們呼籲國防部應該積極改善。
