| 讓國一女懷孕 男子賠20萬判2年

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市彭姓男子2011年8月間在臉書結交13歲小女友，隔年4月彭男載少女到家裡聊天，兩人情不自禁發生性關係，也造成少女懷孕。因少女孕吐，其母帶去婦產科檢查，發現女兒懷孕五周，並讓少女人工流產。少女母事後怒控彭男性侵。
少女出庭表示，母親節當天她到醫院做人工流產時，痛到無法走路，媽媽要照顧她，沒辦法外去買東西，少女打電話給彭男買東西來，順便來照顧她。結果彭男僅關心她孩子打掉沒，沒有安慰她，還張揚他賭贏了三百元。少女母也表示，女兒只是要彭男來陪她，但彭卻說很忙，正當別人開心的過母親節時，她還要照顧小產的女兒，他很不負責任。
法官考量，彭男坦承犯行，且事後提出20萬元賠償少女家人，也獲諒解，少女母也在庭上求情，因他年輕，也有照月匯款賠償，因此盼能輕判，因此依對未滿14歲少女性交罪判處二年，緩刑5年，期間保護管束。

在今天 Samsung 美國迎來了一場人士變動，原全球行銷營運主管李宗錫（Gregory Lee）將接替 Dale Sohn 成為新一任的行動部門總裁，後者則會前往南韓擔任行動 CEO 申宗均（ JK Shin）身邊的行政顧問一職。Samsung 方面目前還未公佈這場變動背後的原因，但我們感覺這對 Sohn 來說應該算是一次升職。畢竟 Samsung 最近在智慧型手機領域的成功很大程度上是依靠其在美國市場的表現，考慮到這一點的話，Sohn 的建議對申老大來說應該會份量很重啊。
