【蘇聖怡／台北報導】台中市多位民眾購買TOYOTA CAMRY轎車後，遭他人持偽造證件補發行照後再到遠東銀行冒貸，民進黨立委林佳龍今陪同受害者舉行記者會指出，五月底郭小姐向台中巿議員何文海陳情，經紀者會披露後，又接獲何先生、林小姐的投訴一模一樣遭遇，同款車、同銀行、同樣犯罪模式，遭冒貸百萬元。林佳龍痛批，這已不是單一個案，他質疑這可能是集團性的弊案，要求相關單位徹查。郭小姐說，遭冒貸後，她向監理所調閱資料，承辦人員竟以《個資法》婉拒，「假冒的人隨便就可貸款，本人卻連調資料都不行？」假冒的身分證上，卻連地址都不符。受害人林小姐也出示真假身分證影本，除照片不同外，條碼也不同，她質疑，明顯錯誤為何監理所還能補發行照？

台中監理所所長陳聰乾表示，全力配合警方調查偵辦，若相關人員涉案一定不會規避責任，也向大眾致歉，未來也會強化第一線人員查核訓練；不過，陳強調，道高一尺、魔高一丈，監理所也是受害者，但此言引發受害者不滿。交通部監理科科長林義勝緩頰表示，第一時間也轉全國各監理站單位，留意身分證件查驗，加強第一線把關。
