| 下半年消費旺季 亞洲科技基金近1周紅翻天

下半年是傳統消費旺季，在美國返校需求、大陸十一長假拉貨潮啟動下，科技基金表現大躍進，近1周境內外59檔科技型基金全部收紅，摩根日本科技基金以6.52%居冠；拉長至今年來，也僅2檔未繳出正報酬的成績單；摩根投信認為，在美國經濟正向復甦，搭配科技新品齊發、與蘋果新品可望登場亮相，亞洲與台股科技型基金有望續領風騷。
摩根東方科技基金經理人龔真樺表示，下半年向來是科技股的傳統旺季，且聯準會明確宣示QE退場藍圖，正反應美國景氣持續好轉，包括製造業、房市、消費者信心與零售銷售數據都見明顯復甦的情況下，有望持續拉升亞洲科技廠出貨動能。
龔真樺分析，東北亞向來是科技重鎮，在今年日圓貶值效應帶動企業獲利強勢增長下，日本科技JASDAQ指數大漲67.02%(以原幣計價)。而台、韓兩地也在科技產品出口率先復甦帶動下，JPMorgan預估兩地今年盈餘成長預估高達48.8%與17.6%。
就產業面來看，龔真樺指出，科技股在新台幣貶值、旺季需求與原物料價格走弱，下半年漲升空間看好，其中上游的產業能見度優於下游。北美半導體設備BB值(訂貨出貨比)已經連續5個月在1以上，顯示半導體景氣正持續擴張中，並將帶動晶圓代工、封測、IC設計等相關供應鏈族群。
此外，蘋果已打底多時，有機會隨下半年新機亮相，甚至如iWatch等行動裝置再進化的推出，股價翻轉有望，對台灣相關蘋果供應鏈來說實屬正面利多。
龔真樺說明，蘋果新品最快將於8月推出，如訂單持續熱絡而來，將可繼續展現極優的營收及獲利表現，對上半年營運及股價基期偏低的蘋果概念股股，包括軟板、機殼、組裝已逐步進入備貨高峰，搭配歐美返校需求與大陸十一長假題材，看好拉貨力道有望持續轉強，並將挹注相關概念股表現。

| 吳敦義推崇國際獅子會造福社會

副總統吳敦義25日出席「國際獅子會」300A2區第28、29屆總監交接餐會時，致詞推崇「國際獅子會」長期關懷社會，會員人才濟濟，除發揚「博愛互助、同心打拼」的精神，也出錢出力協助政府濟弱扶貧與造福社會，貢獻良多。
國際獅子會三○○A二區二○一三至二○一四年度總監於二十五日下午六點在台北圓山飯店舉行交接典禮，李朝永導演接任新年度國際公益社團總監。
副總統吳敦義、立法院長王金平蒞臨祝賀，市長郝龍斌則擔任監交人。
李朝永導演和周遊阿姑伉儷，於多年前加入國際獅子會後，即醉心於社會公益活動，近年來李朝永導演更是將導演工作交棒給下一代，自己和阿姑則退居幕後，全力投身獅子會關懷弱勢、並號召資深藝人巡迴義演、寒多送暖，為社會帶來更多的溫暖與關懷。2013/07/04
