自問自答一下 後來我發現 只要我一打開D槽螢幕就會閃屏一次 像是重新整理那樣 一直都沒去理它 後來覺得每次好像都是進入D槽後電腦才開始慢下來 我這兩天剛好有下載2段影片在D槽 結果果然！ 把影片刪掉後再重開機 就完全恢復正常了 電腦不會再頓 真是太神奇了 搞了一個晚上才發現原因 掃毒都掃不到效能也都沒異狀 這到底是什麼鬼影片 因為是google找到BT載點的 也不知道來源是那裡 還沒下載完 是以前某部電影的片段 沒想到這也會出問題 到現在還不知道這是怎麼影響我的電腦的 只知道刪了就好了 ※ 引述《duckmoon (小n)》之銘言： : 今天用電腦速度變很慢 : 連開影片都要等 : 不知道是什麼原因 : 想一想我最近的動作有： : 1.用uTorrent下載BT的時候，檔案超過我剩下的容量我還點是仍舊下載 : 雖然我後來有清硬碟把容量空了二三十G出來 : 2.最近跳出更新java7視窗我點更新了 : 哪個原因比較有可能? : 還有我的CPU使用率沒異狀在個位數，記憶體也是佔不到4分之1大概700多MB : 網路上傳下載也都是0 : 不知道怎麼會變慢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.138.138

| 《保險短波》「南山幸福基金」協助弱勢族群就醫

近期殖利率走高，市場擔心壽險業債券持有部位損益狀況。南山人壽慈善基金會董事長杜英宗表示，對於債券的看法是「短空長多」，加上該公司近期有不少債券到期，恰巧可以購買新債，彌補近期的獲利回吐缺口。
南山人壽慈善基金會今日舉辦「南山幸福基金」啟動記者會，南山人壽慈善基金會董事長杜英宗在會中說明，將與全台22家醫院攜手合作，今年目標是募集到6000萬元，幫助全台2000位弱勢朋友與家庭解決就醫的經濟問題。該計畫會透過醫院與專業社工的評估，協助低收入與中低收入戶身分弱勢族群，在其就醫時若因醫療費用過於龐大，支付有困難，則提供最高3萬元的醫療補助。
南山人壽為響應本活動，率先捐出1000萬元，同時發動內外勤同仁愛心捐款，此外，即日起至10/31止，民眾每買一張南山人壽的保單(不含旅平險與團體險)，南山人壽就捐出新台幣50元，預計最高捐出1000萬元挹注南山幸福基金。
針對近期債券殖利率攀升，使得壽險業者持有的債券淨現值降低，資產恐縮水一事，杜英宗表示，雖然最近十年期債券的殖利率上升了100多點，不過債券的發行利率現在才開始攀升，加上近期公司不少舊的債券投資剛好到期，這些到期的錢恰巧可以轉入購買殖利率較高的債券，反而是好消息。至於對台灣今年經濟成長的預估，杜英宗認為，今年的成長應該介於2~3%之間，不過他認為Q3應該會有比較好的表現，尤其是電子產業。
