| 年投1410億研發 華為靠創新拚三星

這是華為，台灣很多人還不太熟悉的大陸品牌手機，當大家以為手機就是蘋果、三星、Sony和hTC的時候，他們在上個月已經發表了號稱世界最薄的手機。華為執行長任正非：「今天我要介紹一款新產品，華為P6，世界最薄的手機。」
標榜比蘋果iPhone 5還要薄18%，華為選在歐洲發表旗艦機種，跨出大陸主流的便宜平價手機市場，對外發動高階手機戰爭，華為能用輕薄和功能和國際大廠搶奪世界市場的關鍵，其實是在研發。
要讓消費者從陌生到體驗，到被吸引，真正的起點就是大筆投入研發和創新，華為去年花費1410億台幣的巨資花在研究和開發項目，佔公司總收入13%，其實這家公司有一半員工都從事研發工作，而不是生產硬體。
但華為真正的強項還不是生產手機，它投資超過易利信的研發規模，因為它是全球電信設備大廠，最近宣布在英國和倫敦帝國理工學院合作，開發下一代的大數據海量資料處理技術，未來還要在芬蘭設立研發中心，歐洲的研發人員數量要增加1倍。任正非：「是競爭讓華為真正認識到必須以客戶為中心，是競爭讓華為人不敢怠慢。」
研發、研發、研發，華為布局在熟悉的電信設備和新投入的手機市場，雙雙祭出創新技術，打響在國際間的競爭品牌名號，規劃在2020年要挑戰集團年營收3兆台幣的戰略目標。

日經225指數3日早盤受美元兌日圓站上100整數關卡提振而以紅盤(14,149.99)開出，惟之後受獲利了結(日經過去4個交易日已累計飆漲近1,200點)、大陸上証指數重挫衝擊而翻黑下挫。日經225指數早盤跌0.59%(或跌83.87點)，暫收14,014.87點，稍早一度失守14,000點關卡。
東證一部指數(TOPIX)早盤跌0.27%(或跌3.22點)，暫收1,168.62點。東證一部上漲家數637家、下跌家數924家、維持平盤家數139家；全部33類股中9類股上揚、24類股下挫，其中以電氣瓦斯業、海運業和水產農林業類股跌幅較大。
嘉實XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至2日紐約匯市尾盤為止美元兌日圓勁升1.02%至100.64、連續第4個交易日走升，盤中最高點100.72創6月3日以來新高。日圓走貶提振日經225指數3日以紅盤開出。
嘉實XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至日本股市3日早盤收盤為止(台北時間上午10點30分為止)上証指數重挫1.67%。上証重挫拖累日經指數翻黑走跌。
日本汽車大廠本田汽車(Honda)2日發布新聞稿宣布，將與美國汽車大廠通用汽車(General Motors；GM)攜手研發燃料電池車(FCV)，並計劃於2020年實用化。本田早盤漲0.53%，暫收3,820日圓。
Thomson Reuters報導，豐田汽車(Toyota)美國銷售部門幹部於2日表示，油電混合車「Prius」今年美國銷售量恐將遜於原先設定的25萬台水準。Thomson Reuters指出，2013年1-6月期間豐田於美國市場的整體銷售量成長6%，惟Prius銷售量則下滑了5.1%。豐田早盤跌0.16%，暫收6,220日圓。
