| 洲子洋重劃區偷排水肥 業者當場遭移送法辦

又有不肖業者亂排汙染物，新北市環保局今天表示，日前稽查人員進行巡邏時，在五股洲子洋重劃區，當場查獲不肖業者將水肥偷排進路旁的水溝內，因此馬上依照違反廢棄物清理法第41條、46條規定，函送新北地檢署偵辦，業者將面臨一年以上五年以下的有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣三百萬元以下罰鍰的重罰。（李書璇報導）
五股洲子洋重劃區目前有多處建築工地，道路也已闢建完成，還沒有居民入住，為了避免民眾任意棄置垃圾包，或是砂石車偷倒廢土，新北市環保局因此在污染熱點架設監視器，每天還排定稽查人員前往巡邏，果然在1號稽查時，在成功路與芳洲十路口，發現一部水肥槽車停放路旁，司機下車後隨即移開水溝蓋，並將有大量排泄物的管線通入水溝中，稽查人員立即上前盤查並全程錄影，確認是「天富環保工程公司」為了節省處理成本，將承攬社區大樓抽取的水肥，違法棄置到路旁排水溝。
因為違法事證明確，環保局立刻依違反廢棄物清理法第41條、46條規定，將業者函送新北地檢署偵辦。環保局強調，日前環保局也曾依法移送1間不肖環保公司偷排水肥案，後經法院判決確定，處業者有期徒刑1年2個月，緩刑3年，還必須向公庫支付5萬元罰金，以及向指定機構或團體服100小時義務勞役；因此環保局呼籲業者，勿貪小便宜以身觸法，不僅破壞環境還需承擔法律刑責。

| 布蘭妮賣萌扮蘿莉 網友嫌噁心

近日有日本網友發現小甜甜布蘭妮（Britney Spears）在28歲時和日本名師村上隆合作拍寫真，除了有浪漫的新娘裝扮，還有穿著日本學生泳裝，包著書包入鏡，裝萌扮蘿莉的模樣，卻被網友嫌噁心，甚至連村上隆也被批說：「融入日本文化的想法很棒，但這題材實在太變態了！」
快32歲的布蘭妮，當年出道以甜心形象走紅，掀起一股偶像潮，但幾年後，布蘭妮因歷經了家事和事業風波，陸續被媒體拍到脫序的行為，使得她與琳賽蘿涵列為美國八卦媒體最愛報導的「負面新聞女王」。
雖然布蘭妮拍攝此款蘿莉造型唯美，但負面形象不斷的她，照片在這時再度被翻出，引起兩極化反應，有網友覺得當時的布蘭妮美翻了，但也有人覺得怪異，嫌噁心。
