| 大電視+電子商務 鴻海拚結構轉型

樂視網創辦人賈躍亭(2013.5.9)：「有史以來地球上，最強大的硬件怪獸。」
由鴻海代工，樂視網的智慧大電視，在大陸颳起大旋風，7月3日首日開賣，短短49分鐘，1萬台銷售一空，而在台灣結合超商業者的大電視，也締造3天賣出3000台的好成績，鴻海這步棋，似乎越走越順，一開始，就贏在起跑點，智慧電視在大陸售價6999元人民幣，折合台幣3萬4元，台灣的LED大電視，1台不到4萬元，同樣都是挑戰市場最低價。樂視網創辦人賈躍亭(2013.5.9)：「我們的理念，2倍的性能，一半的價格。」
財經專家孫慶龍：「大陸的電子商城，的確是崛起的非常快，那它(鴻海)如何去透過，借力使力的方式，它可以透過鴻海它有製造能力，跟通路這一端，再結合在一起，其實再大的帝國，都有機會成長。」
其實從2005年，鴻海大舉擴張，賽博數碼實體店之後，又進一步成立「飛虎樂購」，今年甚至結盟樂視網，看的出來郭台銘計畫從實體店面，轉向布局電子商務。鴻海董事長郭台銘(2013.7.4)：「我們大概會在我們自我領域裡面，來發展(電子商務)，我們最近也跟很多，軟體操作系統公司合作。」
其實鎖定的就是，大陸越來越龐大的視頻用戶群，去年已經有3.64億人，今年可以提高到4.45億人，到了2014年，還會繼續往上成長，逼近5億人口，於是 這股龐大的潛在商機，從零組件到終端客戶，在郭台銘眼中就像大金磚，因為他發下豪語，要打造的是像平價服飾ZARA一樣，高貴又不貴的電子商務模式。鴻海董事長 郭台銘(2013.7.4)：「我們在這裡(浦東)蓋一個，非常大的雲端數據網路中心，在網路、雲端，我們在這裡其實有滿強的(能力)，所以我們8屏1網1雲，再加上1星，就是衛星，我們整個會形成，應該講生態系統。」
一口氣強化結構轉型，大電視的布局，和電子商務的結合，似乎已經成為，鴻海的下一個成功方程式。
