| 大埔農地拆遷案自救會竹南抗爭 縣府強調今天不拆

苗栗大埔農地徵地拆遷案，由於府院高層出面而出現轉折。苗栗縣長劉政鴻下午將北上與高層開會協調，不過自救會成員今天則是轉往苗栗大埔農抗議，警方也在場維持秩序。另一方面，竹南鎮代會主席林樹文，也動員部分大埔的地主，公開表態支持大埔拆遷案，並希望外地人能了解大埔居民真正的心聲。(彭清仁報導)
據了解，大埔農地拆遷案縣長劉政鴻還是強調，並沒有一定要在今天強制拆除四戶的拆遷戶，只是希望拆遷戶能夠自行拆除，但政府依法執法的態度並沒有改變。大埔拆遷案自救會成員前往台北抗爭爆發衝突後，也引發府院高層出面，讓大埔案也出現轉折，劉政鴻下午也將前往台北與高層協商，希望讓拆遷案能夠圓滿解決。劉政鴻也指出，還是會持續與四戶的拆遷戶溝通。
至於四戶拆遷戶之一的屋主彭秀春，仍然堅持不論行政院與縣府的協商結果如何，還是會悍衛家園到最後一刻，「除維持原屋原地保留決議，其他一概不接受！」 大埔案自救會成員，今天也將抗爭的戰場搬回竹南，一群人冒著酷暑表達立場，警方則出動大批警力在現場維持秩序。不過竹南鎮代會主席林樹文則是以大埔農地的地主身份，首度公開表態支持大埔拆遷案，並強調帶領部分地主出面，就是希望外地人和中央，能夠聽到不同的聲音！
