【綜合報導】英國威廉王子(Prince William)與劍橋公爵夫人凱特(Kate Middleton)，即將迎接新生命，從小孩的性別到名字，都成媒體關注焦點，現在還有專家分析小朋友的性格會如何。
新手媽媽凱特成為人妻前，已經嚴以律己，與威廉到夜店不會跳舞喝酒，又會先教好朋友如何應對記者，而且離開夜店前，還會先整理儀容，務求以最佳狀態示人。香港精神科專科醫生苗延琼認為，凱特EQ高、為人冷靜、目標清晰，不會衝動或有即興行為，對孩子成長有一定幫助。
不過因狗仔追逐失去母親戴妃的威廉，苗延琼認為威廉可能會變得敏感不安，對狗仔隊更有戒心，如果過份保護，或許會讓孩子不懂處理外來壓力；而且威廉10歲時便面對父母離異，或許會對他造成負面心理影響。不過專家指出，幸好戴妃當年與兩個兒子關係緊密，互動良好，相信應該可對威廉有正面影響。

| 酒駕遭逮自稱國家特務 還拿出「酒駕許可證」

【綜合報導】中國安徽省積溪縣周二(2日)有一名開著BMW的男子，在路上任意變換車道、車子開得搖搖晃晃，被交通警察臨檢，警察看駕駛一身酒氣，和他要證件，男子卻說自己是國家級的特務人員，正在執行極機密任務，交警不信，他竟從口袋中掏出一張《酒後駕車許可證》，表示這是國家公安部特別頒發的，他已經通過了酒後駕駛考試，要交警讓開。
當然，交警沒有理他，開了他價值人民幣1500元(約台幣7372元)的罰單，並因為他持假證件，帶回警局繼續調查。
