陸多地爆發粘蟲害威脅秋糧作物，農藥需求升

根據大陸全國農作物病蟲監測網監測顯示，6月以來，二代粘蟲在大陸東北、華北、黃淮等部分地區爆發，對秋糧作物構成嚴重威脅。上證報引述中國農藥工業協會專家表示，蟲害進入盛期，將在一定範圍內擴大市場需求。
大陸全國農技推廣服務中心病蟲害測報處預計，今年二代粘蟲發生面積約5,000萬畝，黃淮北部、華北和東北大部偏重發生，其中，河南中北部、河北南部、 山東西南部、內蒙古東南部、遼寧西北部、吉林中西部、黑龍江西南部等近期蛾量大、卵量高、降水豐沛的區域集中暴發危害的風險高。
渤海證券認為，未來伴隨著國際產能加速向中國大陸轉移，預計農藥原藥行業將持續景氣。而隨著大陸環保政策趨嚴，供給仍將受限；另一方面下游因轉基因種植面積增加以及農害加重，導致需求增加，因此，目前部分產品短期價格回檔並不能掩蓋市場長期上漲的趨勢，龍頭公司優勢將進一步體現。
大陸農藥指標股4日多數走揚，截至10:36左右，沙隆達A(000553.SZ)漲逾7%，沙隆達B(200553.SZ)漲逾5%，藍豐生化(002513.SZ)漲逾4%，華星化工(002018.SZ)等多檔漲逾2%。

【何柏均／新北報導】今天下午3時許，雙北市下起午後雷陣雨，雨勢又急又大，許多地方有淹水情況發生。中和區圓通路一度水淹及膝，中和區中正路還有人孔蓋彈開，警方已到場維持交通。
