【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】英國央行（英銀）決議維持基準利率在歷史低點0.5%不變，資產收購目標也維持3750億英鎊不變。
會前多數經濟學家已預期，英銀新任總裁卡尼（Mark Carney）在這上任第4天召開的首場決策會上，仍將按兵不動，未來才會逐步推動擴大寬鬆主張。

| 國內機票漲幅 最高擬限2成

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北6日電）民航局日前向交通部提報「國內航空票價調漲案」。交通部證實原針對票價設計的新公式不採用。推測票價漲幅最高壓到2成內。
國內航空票價8年未變動，但航空油價已漲了一倍多，國內線航空業者承受極大經營壓力。
民用航空局4月舉辦國內航空票價調整公聽會，公布國內航空票價計算新公式，試算各航線漲幅為6%到35%，引起地方很大反彈。
民航局決定不採用新公式，而是沿用現行公式，且在票價14項變動成本中，只採用油價一項。至於業者也在意的維修成本並未列入。
民航局說，2005年油價調漲時，是以2004年全年國內航線平均油價為基礎，當時是每公升新台幣13.26元，去年平均超過27元，應讓業者合理反映油價。
不過，民航局考量近幾年台灣薪資水準並未提升，國內航空票價調漲，勢必造成民眾負擔，決定由政府、業者及消費者共同分攤方式，壓低機票漲幅。
政府負擔的部分，主要是減免每年約2億元的國內航線降落費。
民航局不願透露機票漲幅，只說明油價占國內航線成本，依機型不同約2成到3成。交通部只承認，依現有公式計算出來的票價，漲幅比引用新公式低。
在政府、業者與消費者共同分攤下，推測國內航空機票各航線漲幅，最高可壓低到2成以內。1020706

【大紀元2013年07月07日訊】（大紀元記者程新編譯報導）據美國聯邦航空局FAA宣佈，7月6日週六，一架從韓亞航空公司的波音777客機在舊金山著陸時出現故障，目前傷亡人數還不清楚。
發佈在Youtube上的視頻顯示有濃煙從一架銀色飛機機身發出，乘客正在從緊急出口的懸浮滑梯逃生。目前故障原因不明。
韓亞航空公司的總部位於韓國首爾。波音777是大型客機，可載240至300名乘客。
