| 不符保留條件? 大埔4戶不保

苗栗大埔徵地案，剩下4戶不願搬遷的民眾，縣府限他們7月5日前自行拆屋，否則將強制拆除，大埔自救會與人權團體從昨天起，在行政院前靜坐抗議，今天行政院長江宜樺，及苗栗縣長劉政鴻都表示，這4戶建物，分別因位於道路用地，及土地所有權問題無法保留，住戶及學者駁斥，中央及地方政府片面扭曲，3年前行政院原地原屋保留承諾，要求行政院立刻撤銷，限期拆遷公文。
忍受酷熱高溫，大埔住戶和人權團體持續靜坐抗議，針對行政院長江宜樺，及苗栗縣長劉政鴻回應如出一轍，聲稱包括張藥房 ，柯成福等4戶建物，分別因位於道路用地，及未取得土地所有權問題，不符合建物保留原則，遭住戶駁斥，中央及地方政府，片面扭曲3年前行政院承諾。
苗栗縣長 劉政鴻：「誰說我們跳票，我們沒有跳票，本來就是這樣子做，若是說是來炒作地皮圖利，怎麼講，就是圖利我們竹南鄉親。」
大埔住戶 張森文：「我如果房子在馬路中間，早就被車撞死了，劉政鴻答應的事情，全部講的話不算數。」
針對行政院回應，大埔農地建物拆遷屬地方權責，無法代為撤銷，學者也批評，都市計畫核定及土地徵收權責，是專屬中央職權，不應推託卸責。
政大地政系教授 徐世榮：「這個是個土地徵收案，只有中央政府才擁有徵收權力，地方政府絕對沒有徵收的權力，所以現在中央政府怎麼可以說，這完全是地方政府的權責呢？」
由於大埔住戶，去年底針對內政部都委會，維持拆除建物決議，已提起行政訴訟，目前仍在高等法院審理，除要求行政院盡速撤銷，苗栗縣府限拆公文，落實原屋保留承諾，並且在最高行政法院判決確定前，停止徵收拆遷等相關行政程序。

【大紀元7月5日報導】（中央社加州錫米谷4日綜合外電報導）「洛杉磯時報」報導，美國加州錫米谷（Simi Valley）國慶煙火秀今晚發生爆炸，煙火噴到群眾身上，增至至少28人傷，大部分是受到像砲彈碎片造成的傷勢或灼傷。
