| 2013秋冬髮飾 吹《大亨小傳》奢華復古風

《大亨小傳》所引爆的華麗復古風2013年秋冬持續在時尚圈延燒，就連「髮」上風華也是極致地奢華炫麗。日前，亞洲區收費最高，每次剪髮收費高達3萬元，且至今尚無人破此紀錄的髮藝巨星Kim Robinson特別應邀來台舉辦世紀髮型秀，他大量運用水晶、網紗、羽毛及頭冠式髮飾呈現美好年代（1920）的摩登時尚。
法國髮飾品牌Alexandre de Paris亞歷山卓日前舉辦2013年秋冬髮型秀，並特別邀請法國亞歷山卓大師嫡傳弟子－Kim Robinson專程抵台，而一路跟隨法國傳奇大師Alexandre的Kim
Robinson，除了這次首度抵台的髮型秀外，他亦曾與Alexandre一起參與了Chanel、Karl Lagerfeld、Christian Dior、Yves Saint Laurent、Valentino等頂尖設計師的時尚大秀。
同時，Kim Robinson還是黛安娜王妃、Kate Moss、Cindy Crawford、林青霞、楊紫瓊、梅艷芳、林憶蓮、劉嘉玲、關之琳、龔俐、范冰冰、趙薇等巨星的御用髮型師。
而在日前這場由Kim Robinson所操刀的髮型秀上，不難看出Alexandre de Paris延續品牌一貫的典雅和高貴，2013年秋冬Alexandre de Paris共推出「Gatsby」和「2013秋冬」兩大系列。其中，「Gatsby系列」以大量水晶、網紗及羽毛勾勒出奢華炫麗的復古摩登年代，頭冠式的髮飾設計更是美好年代的時尚象徵，首推幾款髮飾以品牌最具特色的高級水鑽為主角，飾以輕柔的羽毛或流蘇墜飾，呈現出華麗的極致復古格調，適合正式晚宴和舞會派對。
另，「2013秋冬系列」強調的則是色彩的變化性，以黑金、亮紅、大地色系、宇宙藍點亮整個冬天。並透過各式花朵、異材質層次感的蝴蝶結、幾何造型及網紗來呈現法式優雅的都會時尚感。
但，除了高調奢華的造型髮飾外，品牌本季也推出多款實用的小髮夾，包括：香檳金、櫻桃紅、奢華黑三色融合水鑽的品味設計，躍上女性秀髮，一樣在日常的時尚造形也可以輕鬆呈現出《大亨小傳》電影中那迷人的20年代風華。

【林亞輯／新北報導】超車狀況百百種，但上周五下午卻有民眾開車行經北二高北上路段時，因天雨塞車，一輛計程車欲從外側車道切入，竟然將車門打開變成傘蜥蜴（小圖）阻擋，險害後方車輛撞上，沒多久再度故伎重施切換車道，危險駕車行徑全遭行車記錄器拍下（大圖），影片po網引來網友大罵：「素質太差！」國道警察昨說，該名駕駛已危及其他用路人，若獲舉發將開罰。

| 新北公車變身「小蜜蜂」 已取締64件佔用停靠區

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】別再亂停公車停靠區了！市府今年五月起推出新措施，鼓勵十四家公車司機利用公車監視器錄影「舉報」，與十四家公車業者合作，透過車上錄影監視器，拍攝檢舉違停停靠區的車輛向警方檢舉，一旦被這些行動「小蜜蜂」盯上，駕駛人可要吃下九百元罰單，新制上路一個月來已取締六十四件，業者更祭出獎勵措施，要司機們「好好發揮」，公車族贊同說：「政府早該這樣做了！」
三重客運表示，公車停靠區遭違規霸佔，常造成許多交通事故，單靠主管機關執行，無法全面取締，所以對於市府新制相當支持，對交通的改善絕對有正面影響，內部也發出工作指示，只有司機發現有類似狀況並回傳畫面，就立即給予嘉獎鼓勵。
每天搭公車通勤的張小姐說，一般小客車把公車停靠區當成「免費停車格」，已是司空見慣，很少看到警察取締，這就是交通狀況惡化的主因，主張該罰重一點；李先生說，早看這些沒公德心的駕駛不順眼了，雙手贊成錄影檢舉，「政府早該這樣做了！」
