創作這種東西本來就是很模糊的， 因為這個過程中潛意識的影響太大， 尤其是對那些喜歡「即興」創作， 或是常常把「突然出現的靈感」用在自己創作上的人， 所創作出來的作品很有可能80%以上不是自己的。 看一下這段影片： https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OW9ou1kB1cU

這是一個實驗， 邀請兩個店面設計師到一個地點去設計「大型動物標本」的店面擺設， 途中故意讓他們接觸一些有潛力成為素材的事物， 而之後這兩個設計師設計出的店面擺設果然出現大量在路上看到的素材。 也許他可能聽過那首歌， 歌曲的旋律就會印在潛意識裡， 等到哪天自己在創作時可能創作到一半腦中冒出這段旋律， 就很理所當然的把它用進去了， 所以我覺得如果不是擺明把作品 A 擺在面前邊看邊創作作品 B， 或是直接拿 A 的素材來只做改動， 都不太能稱不上是抄襲。 補 ACG 點： 之前有出過貓物語的 OVA， 現在出物語系列第二期， 我只有看過「化物語」15 集的動畫， 這樣要看物語系列第二期有沒有什麼需要補的？ 不要叫我去看小說， 我不擅長閱讀文字...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.19.101

北京時間7月8日晚間消息，諾基亞周一宣布，已與美國地理信息系統(以下簡稱“gis”)技術與服務提供商esri達成協議，諾基亞here地圖服務將為esri的地圖軟件提供實時的交通信息。

esri是全球知名的gis技術與服務提供商，全球約35萬家機構使用其gis技術。在過去的10年中，esri一直在使用諾基亞here的基本地圖數據。因此，此次合作是雙方在此基礎之上的拓展。

| 涉抄襲學長論文 博士生判賠10萬元

【黃哲民／新北報導】國立大學董姓博士生被指抄襲陳姓學長發表的論文，並於2008年間5次發表在學術期刊或研討會，被陳男求償70萬元。
董男辯稱與學長引用同一批文獻，但智慧財產法院指董男著作出現的小錯誤跟陳男一模一樣，論述核心內容的實質相似性也極高，又沒註明引用出處，認定董男抄襲，判決應賠償陳男10萬元。
董男另於今年4月，被台北地院依4次違反《著作權法》合併判刑9月，得易科罰金。校方表示，雙方仍在訴訟中，不便評論，董男尚未申請博士口試。
