| 再選「全球十大難吃泡麵」 台灣二款上榜

【綜合報導】自詡為泡麵專家、在網路上經營《拉麵評鑑》(The Ramen Rater)部落格的美國男子連內煦(Hans Lienesch)，幾個月前在他評比的《全球10大好吃泡麵》排行中，沒有半款台灣泡麵，引發網路上一陣撻伐，據說是因為他沒有吃過台灣的泡麵，於是當時就有台灣網友與泡麵廠商寄送了許多不同種類的台灣泡麵給他。現在，他又公布了《全球10大難吃泡麵》排行，很遺憾，台灣有2款泡麵上榜。但這次網友的反應較為不同，認為「他是誰啊，有專業廚師證照嗎？」、更直接遷怒媒體「現在是沒新聞了嗎」。
「全球10大難吃泡麵」的前2名，都是來自中國，而來自台灣南興食品廠出品的「新竹素食米粉」排行第五、因為像在吃蜘蛛網、乾燥蔬菜太過乾癟；第10名則是「維力香辣牛肉麵」，因為實在太鹹，又沒有牛肉味。
難吃第二名、中國的「辣味肥腸味冬粉」。他說「這碗湯充滿了屎與尿的味道」。翻攝網路

| 涉抄襲學長論文 博士生判賠10萬元

【黃哲民／新北報導】國立大學董姓博士生被指抄襲陳姓學長發表的論文，並於2008年間5次發表在學術期刊或研討會，被陳男求償70萬元。
董男辯稱與學長引用同一批文獻，但智慧財產法院指董男著作出現的小錯誤跟陳男一模一樣，論述核心內容的實質相似性也極高，又沒註明引用出處，認定董男抄襲，判決應賠償陳男10萬元。
董男另於今年4月，被台北地院依4次違反《著作權法》合併判刑9月，得易科罰金。校方表示，雙方仍在訴訟中，不便評論，董男尚未申請博士口試。
