| 綠堅持逐條表決服貿 藍籲勿預設立場

國民黨立法院黨團規劃在本月底召開第二次臨時會，處理海峽兩岸服務貿易協議、國營事業預算和核四公投案。民進黨立院黨團堅持服貿協議要逐條表決，若國民黨要包裹表決，他們將抗爭到底，讓立法院永無寧日。
國民黨團計劃在7月29日到8月9日舉行第二次臨時會，處理核四公投案、國營事業預算和服務貿易協議3項重大議案。
雖然政府一再強調審查服貿協議時不能更改內容，但民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘8日表示，過去立法院審查台美司法互助協定時，曾有附加保留條款的前例，代表協議內容並非不能更改，若國民黨執意包裹表決，民進黨會抗爭到底。柯建銘說：『(原音)即便你提出來，我們會跟你逐條討論；假如你敢包裹表決，我們在這裡宣告，絕對是造成立法院嚴重衝突，我們關閉朝野協商大門，立法院永無寧日，這一點不容挑戰，也不用懷疑。』
國民黨團首席副書記長林德福則表示，朝野協商結論已經同意逐條審查、逐條表決，目前還沒有審議，怎麼知道內容如何？他呼籲民進黨不要政治操作。他說：『(原音)不要做預設立場，還沒審怎麼知道內容怎樣？你開記者會痛批，連審都沒審，審的時候再講嘛，你要整體考量，利佔多數，可能衝擊的部分少，以整個國家利益考量，還是要配合。』
林德福表示，朝野審查時可以充分交換意見，但是不能為了政治操作而犧牲國家的利益。
