| 埃及攝影記者殉職 拍到狙擊手瞄準自己

【綜合報導】埃及首都開羅周一爆發血腥衝突，至少造成51人死亡，其中包括26歲攝影記者阿賽姆（Ahmed Samir Assem），他生前拍到的最後影片，是屋頂上的軍方狙擊手拿槍瞄準自己。
阿賽姆周一在據信前總統莫西遭到軟禁的大樓外採訪民眾示威，軍方突然朝對在外面紮營抗議的莫西支持者開火並動用催淚瓦斯，嚇得人們四處逃竄。 他用攝影機拍到躲在高樓上朝民眾開槍的軍方狙擊手，最後只見狙擊手將槍口轉向自己，他被軍方狙擊手打中額頭斃命，相機已經被列為證物。
軍方宣稱，收到情報指有恐怖分子將攻擊大樓，才會開火，但被支持莫西的穆斯林兄弟會批評是殺人屠夫。

| 萬里隧道天降鋼架 砂石車擋風玻璃全毀

一輛砂石車行經新北市萬里隧道時，疑似車頂勾到電纜線，被鋼架砸中擋風玻璃，嚇得司機緊急煞車，現場散落一地鋼架，所幸無人員傷亡。
砂石車陳姓駕駛9日行經萬里隧道時，看到垂吊的電纜線閃避不及，車頂拉到電纜線扯下鋼架，砸毀砂石車擋風玻璃。據《蘋果日報》報導，隧道也因此封閉兩個小時清理現場，幸好中午時分車流量小，才沒有造成嚴重傷害。
主管單位公路總局研判，防護鋼架生鏽損壞造成電纜線外露脫落，才讓陳姓駕駛撞上，幸好這起意外無人傷亡，工務局也將賠償6千元給陳姓駕駛彌補損失。

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義市政府結合統一、全家、萊爾富等3大超商、共95家門市，委請社團法人社工師公會，推動「嘉義市102年幸福飽飽安全關懷站」，協助弱勢兒少解決燃眉之急，免於飢餓匱乏。
凡在嘉義市發生「急難事由」導致飢餓而求助的18歲以下，高中國中小學生（含中輟學生）及兒童，皆可到特約的「幸福飽飽安全關懷站」免費用餐，每人每餐80元。
市府今天在中庭集合相關單位，以趣味賣火柴小女孩短劇引發共嗚，還有大能力幼稚園小朋友可愛的舞蹈，帶動現場熱鬧樂氣氛。
