小弟在保險業IT單位服務 我的職等公司有明訂可報加班費 由於最近忙專案加班較頻繁（多到八九點） 今天送加班單時就被上司提醒說：一個月加班不要超過21個小時 理由是：會違反規定，要我不要為難HR 我不懂的地方有兩點 1、平日九點上班五點半下班，午休1.5小時，所以每天上班七小時，周休二日；但若平均一天報加班1個小時話，這動不動21個小時就爆了，感覺這規定與實務不太合理，這勞基法有規定嗎？ 2、加班超過21個小時為何跟HR有關?(會被勞工局視為缺失？）不然怎上司要我不要為難HR? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.192.196
