小弟因為親身遇到的狀況，不知道該怎麼處理，所以請問各位神人鄉民們！ 事情是這樣的，小弟前兩個月去台灣大門市辦理iphone5的續約，但是門市人員在講解租約卻說沒有學生的專案，害我辦了較高額的費率。 之後我得知了有學生的專案，就到門市想要辦理無條件解約。 但是門市卻說沒有辦法，只能換約，或者用空機價買下手機，或用原方案。 可是我已經不想要使用台灣大了。堅持要辦理解約，直到我去ncc申訴才答應給我退掉，但事隔一個月了，我手機不小心有擦傷。所以他們說沒辦法退。 所以想請問鄉民們，我這手機用受傷的確是我的疏失，可是他們拖到我去申訴才給我退。實在有點拖時間。 所以我想說我有立場要求折價購買空機，然後舊約就取消掉這樣，例如：手機使用18000元買下，剩下差價由原欺騙我的門市人員自行吸收。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.207.147
