我對肌研比較有印象的就是它們家的化妝水 保濕效果很好~ 最近發現它們家也有出防曬 我本身是混合肌 臉頰偏乾~ 感覺它們家的防曬應該也會比較有保濕的感覺吧 所以想問問版友這罐可以拿來擦臉嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.116.73

福島核污暴增91倍 找不到源頭
〔編譯林翠儀／綜合報導〕日本福島核災事故已發生兩年多，但廠區輻射污水外洩情形卻無法有效改善，東京電力公司9日宣布，從二號機渦輪機組廠房東側的觀測井，檢出每公升9000貝克的銫-134和1.8萬貝克的銫-137，相較於5日的檢樣分別暴增了91倍及86倍，為例來檢測的最高值，但東電至今仍找不到外洩源頭。
這座觀測井附近的地下水從6月以來，已相繼檢出高濃度的放射性物質，最新的這批樣水是在8日採集，換言之，這座觀測井的輻射濃度在3天內飆升了90倍左右。東電負責人表示，不清楚濃度上升的原因，可能是吸附了放射性銫的泥土混入水中，將對污水再次進行檢驗。
由於這座觀測井距離海岸約25公尺，污水可能隨著地下水流入海中，東電將以藥劑加固護岸地基，並於月底前完成地下壁等防污工程。
除了這處觀測井之外，二號機與三號機之間的另一座觀測井8日也檢出放射性鍶達每公升1700貝克，約為4天前的18倍。由於此處的輻射濃度在此之前並無明顯變化，研判污水也有可能正大範圍地流入濱海處的地底下。另外，二號機附近距海約4公尺處的另一處觀測井中，5日也檢測出了高濃度的放射性物質氚，數值為每公升60萬貝克，為法定標準值的10倍，檢測值也創下新高，研判應為二號機爐心熔解的污水外洩所致。原子能規制委員會官員日前指出，反應爐廠房地下積蓄的污水有可能已流入海中。
原子能規制委員會委員大島賢三9日也說，由於已有10部反應爐申請恢復運轉，他預測在一年之內，因福島核災而停機的反應爐會有多部恢復運轉，但無法預測數目。
