| 男持剪刀搶柑仔店600元 判刑7年6個月

【余思維／基隆報導】基隆法院重懲出獄5年再犯者！基隆一名蕭姓嫌犯去年4月持剪刀行搶雜貨店，並威脅高齡老闆，動手搶走抽屜內600元後逃逸，警方依監視器隨即將人逮捕到案，法院日前依強盜罪重判他7年6月徒刑 。
案發當時，蕭嫌見雜貨店張姓老闆行動不便，由印尼籍外勞照顧，先佯稱想更換零錢，待開啟抽屜後隨即拿出預藏約20公分剪刀，抵住外勞胸口控制行動，搶走抽屜內現金600元後離去。法官認為，蕭嫌2010年5 月才服刑出獄，且有多項前科紀錄，期滿5年內再犯屬於累犯，因此加重其刑責。

| 宏達電股價1字頭 今續挫再創8年半新低

【綜合報導】宏達電（2498）昨天驚見1字頭，盤中跌停189元鎖死；今早開盤續挫，再創8年半新低，目前早盤最低來到每股181.5元。
宏達電上周公布第2季每股純益僅1.5元，外資紛紛出手下砍目標價，昨天外資再度大砍10561張，已連續22天賣超宏達電達76956張，股價創2005年3月以來新低價，昨天市值蒸發近120億元。
台股昨下跌逾百點失守7900點，在外資大砍下，宏達電更是驚見「1」字頭，創8年半來新低價。圖為執行長周永明。資料照片

| 促移監高雄 本土社團：扁1天挫尿5次

【綜合報導】前總統陳水扁之子陳致中，昨天在臉書貼文表示，本土社團召開聯合記者會，發表聲明，「鄭重呼籲馬英九政府擺脫政治操弄，緊急『依法』將陳前總統移監高雄，建立法務部在扁案中守法的形象」。
聲明中並表示，「陳水扁前總統1天平均剉尿5次，每天要換洗5次內褲；夏天一邊盜汗，卻兩手冰冷，健康急速滑坡惡化，卻未曾服藥治療，情況令人極度擔心」。
