| 耳朵好痛！ 蒼蠅跑進耳內產蛆

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】「耳朵好痛！」國泰綜合醫院最近收治一名病患吳先生，他在打球時感覺左耳有蟲子飛入，找診所醫師檢查後夾出一隻蒼蠅；沒想到回家後依然不舒服，且感覺到「有東西在動」，到晚上疼痛更加劇，到國泰醫院用耳內視鏡檢查發現，耳膜跟耳道交接的溝槽處有3、4隻蛆在蠕動。
國泰綜合醫院耳鼻喉科醫師方德詠說，耳道及耳膜是極為敏感的區域，只要有蟲進入會馬上察覺，飛入吳先生耳內的可能是採「卵胎生」的「肉蠅」，是先在體內先孵化再產出蛆，與一般家蠅先在體外下卵再孵化不同，吳先生耳內的蛆可能在夾出肉蠅時被擠壓出，蛆所在位置，正好在一般「耳鏡」下看不見的死角，容易被忽略。最後國泰醫院以醫療吸管吸出所有的蛆。方德詠說，出現耳朵痛症狀建議馬上找耳鼻喉專科醫師檢查，別自己亂挖；若知道自己耳膜是完整無破的，可滴入嬰兒油困住昆蟲，再看蟲是否隨著油流出。
