【綜合報導】印尼北蘇門答臘省首府棉蘭一座監獄11日傍晚發生騷亂，約兩百名囚犯在騷亂中越獄。
 
根據警方的描述，當地時間晚間6點半左右，棉蘭一座名為丹戎古斯塔〈Tanjung Gusta〉的監獄因斷電停水，引發囚犯騷亂，騷亂隨後導致監獄大火。初步估計，約兩百名囚犯趁亂脫逃。爆亂發生後，數十台消防車已前往事發地點滅火，期間曾傳出爆炸聲響，至少五百名警察和士兵在現場進行調查並追捕越獄囚犯。
 
2004年12月，這座監獄也曾發生越獄事件，當時有31名囚犯翻牆逃走。

【王文傑／花蓮報導】中颱蘇力逐漸逼近，但花蓮上午仍是艷陽高照，海邊拉起封鎖線不得進入，有不少民眾至花蓮港東堤觀浪，一波波洶湧巨浪拍打堤防激起10米浪花。民眾笑說：「浪花壯觀，但現在拍浪會被晒傷啦！」

氣象局預估蘇力颱風暴風圈將於今天下午接觸花東陸地，提醒民眾要做好防颱，避免進入山區及低窪地區，以策安全。
