【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園市昨天深夜發生一起夫妻口角，丈夫一氣之下，在住家內潑灑疑似汽油點火，夫妻來不及逃生，雙雙被火波及，丈夫全身40%二度灼傷，妻子20％二度灼傷，送醫尚未脫離險境。
縱火後，兩夫妻的兒子拿滅火器撲滅火勢，警消調查縱火原因及使用的液體。

較長壽、老夫少妻型態 德盛安聯：女性至少需比男性多存85萬元

根據衛生署統計，女性壽命多比男性長，加上夫妻組合多半是妻子比丈夫年輕，讓女性退休理財規劃成為當務之急。根據德盛安聯資產管理集團的「老夫少妻魔咒」報告指出，台灣65歲以上女性要比男性多準備5.27年的退休金才夠應付年老生活，而以內政部2009年公布的老人每月平均開支13,401元估算，台灣女性至少要比男性多存約85萬元才夠。
報告指出，若從65歲起算，則女性較男性多活2.87年，加上婚姻組合普遍為「男大女小」。以台灣為例，截至2011年止，女性平均比丈夫年輕2.4歲，但台灣65歲以上的女性中卻有31.4%喪偶。德盛安聯集團分析，在老年與貧困有關的因素中，以守寡的可預測性最高，因此如欲打破「老夫少妻魔咒」，則台灣女性至少要比男性多存約85萬元。
根據經濟合作發展組織(OECD)中資料顯示，全球30個國家中就有27國的太太們面臨較大的貧困危機。女性貧困比率為15%，高於男性11%。研究調查指出，由部分女性經濟來源仍依賴配偶，因此一旦守寡後，就可面臨收入減少，甚至導致貧窮。
德盛安聯四季豐收債券組合基金經理人許家豪認為，規劃退休資產，不妨選擇組合債配置多元券種，利用其「低風險」、「低波動」爭取收益。他解釋，組合債在市場景氣未明、經濟微弱復甦下可提高防禦配置；市況明朗時則可伺機提高風險性部位，屬於進可攻、退可守的產品。
德盛安聯投信產品首席陳柏基則說，採取多元收益策略的債券基金，不管是複合債或是組合債都可作為退休理財投資組合核心，有固定收益需求的投資人，可考慮選擇月配息基金，但建議應以總報酬出發，而非一味追求高配息率。
此外，也可適度配置在股債布局的平衡基金，有長期績效可參考、操盤人選股能力有目共睹的基金，也可作為長線布局的參考。
德盛安聯資產管理國際退休事務總監米畢嘉(Brigitte Miksa)表示，對女性而言，隨著社會規範、退休金制度改變，為確保未來財務安全，建議女性不論已婚、未婚，都應該為財務保障，避免未來幸福因此坐吃山空。
