| 外食肥！近半上班族BMI超標「水蛇腫成水桶腰」

多吃少動、靠美食紓壓，台灣上班族飲食習慣NG連帶身材趨向「圓柱體」！台灣肥胖醫學會調查顯示，上班族幾乎全外食，一半以上有吃零食、下午茶、宵夜的習慣，用餐必備含糖飲料，導致近半數BMI超標，甚至近兩成腰圍過粗。（陳奕華報導）
對吃來者不拒甚至靠吃紓壓，台灣上班外食族恐陷入吃「肥」危機！根據104市調中心針對全台25到40歲上班族進行飲食調查，台灣上班族多屬於外食族，偏好炒、煎、油炸品，加上愛吃零食的習慣高達八成，導致近兩成腰圍過粗，超過三成餐餐吃到九分飽，甚至慣性一日多餐，另外有半數上班族平均三天一次宵夜或下午茶。
台灣肥胖醫學會秘書長林文元醫師分析，上班族飲食高油脂、高糖分，而且用餐搭配含糖飲料，一個月恐怕爆肥三到六公斤，根據飲食偏好分類，「肉食暴龍族」跟「素食油油族」，可能攝取過多油脂造成體脂飆升，「澱粉過剩族」常見主食搭配高油脂烹調方式，三成二BMI值呈現肥胖，此外，「甜食狂熱族」4成4的人BMI值過重，其中女性有22%腰圍超過80公分。「譬如說外面的蛋糕、麵包都很好吃，有一群人是專門去吃下午茶或早午餐，那個會吃很多，另外有些人是午餐不吃，想說吃下午茶，可是正餐不吃吃那個，結果那個也吃過量又不均衡。」
林文元強調，「適當飲食＋運動＋減少油脂吸收」是健康瘦身的三大要素，上班外食族們選「對」的食物最重要，掌握多蔬果、少油脂原則，烹調方式以水煮、清蒸為主，避免選擇表面太過油亮的菜餚，必要時可稍微過水去油，運動方面，每天進行輕度到中度運動，至少累積三十到五十分鐘，一週最少一百五十分鐘，以消耗多餘熱量。
