| 警捕亡命鴛鴦 殺人通緝犯睡夢中就逮

【綜合報導】高市警方前天跟堅殺人通緝犯謝鴻銘(29歲)至清晨5時，上午10時許，謝男的劉姓女友外出買東西，警先控制劉女後衝入屋內逮人，謝男當場在床上被壓制逮捕；全案偵訊後依《毒品危害防制條例》、《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》送辦。
警方查扣霰彈 槍一把、霰彈9顆、P99手槍一把、道具子彈6顆、安毒及K他命各一包。2007年涉及高市苓雅區好樂迪殺人案，去年底被判刑15年，今年4月遭通緝，與染毒女友四處藏匿躲避警方查緝。
警方前天早上，不費一槍一彈，就逮捕正在睡夢中的嫌犯謝鴻銘。翻攝畫面

摘要：高雄市正在整地中的小港南星計畫區二期工程，遭到環保團體與大林蒲居民質疑違法掩埋未固化的飛灰，而且掩埋物中含有重金屬會導致土地污染，透過立委協調環保署南區稽查大隊前往採樣，要求重新檢驗並清除污染，環保人員9號當場依所要求採樣，希望在檢驗後能釐清疑慮。 受訪者：1.鳳興里里長洪富賢2.環保署人員
