【綜合報導】中國江蘇一名高姓男子，下班後回家因忘記帶鑰匙，無法進門，竟從樓上一戶全姓人家的窗戶企圖跳到自己寓所的小陽台，卻不幸失足墜樓死亡。高家人認為全姓人家沒阻止他的危險行為，遂告上法院。法院昨日判處，全姓人家須向死者家屬賠償12萬元人民幣(約新台幣58萬元)。

據了解，事件發生於在去年11月4日晚，高男向全姓人家「借道」，表示要跳窗回家，雖然全姓人家曾經阻止，但高男仍堅持如此做，於是全姓屋主帶高男進兒子的房間，讓高男跳窗回家，卻發生高男不幸摔死的意外。

高男家屬事後提出訴訟，要求全某對高某的死承擔50%的責任，賠償40多萬元人民幣。法院最後判處，死者家屬可獲賠償12萬元人民幣。

【林巧雁／台北報導】蘇力颱風造成不少損害，中央銀行特別整理政府機關與本國銀提供的天然災害貸款資訊供民眾參考，農委會的農業天然災害低利貸款利率1.25%最低，承辦機構為全國農業金庫、農漁會信用部。
 
經建會的「中美基金辦理天然災害受災民眾建構或修繕住宅貸款」，利率目前為2.375%，每戶最高200萬元；購置日常生活必需配備以20萬元為限，承辦銀行為土銀。經濟部中小企業發展基金提供的天然災害復舊貸款利率也是2.375%，每戶不超過3000萬，承辦銀行為台企銀、台銀、一銀、聯邦銀等。
