| 家登推新品 估Q3起出貨放量

晶圓傳載方案供應商家登精密（3680）昨（10）日公告6月營收1.01億元，較5月下滑3.2％，第2季營收3.39億元，季減26％，表現雖然因出貨遞延不如預期，但仍較去年同期成長62％。家登表示，已經完成新一代18吋晶圓傳載出貨準備，下半年營收會明顯回溫。
家登表示，上半年整體營運表現不佳，主要反映整體產業在18吋先進製程研發速度的放緩，以及研發預算的限制，使得家登兩大先進製程產品450mm FOUP與450mm MAC未能對上半年營收挹注貢獻。
不過，家登藉由今年度持續強化投資研發於更高階版本，已成功領先競爭者的V1版本，推出最新V3版本。對於下半年，家登表示，目前18吋V3版仍在送樣認證階段，但陸續與國內外半導體大廠合作中，可望在第3季有令人期待的具體成績。家登也將加快12吋晶圓傳載盒的出貨，可望取得台積電訂單，同時延伸模具開發與材料特性掌握等兩大核心能力，開發晶圓傳載設備系統。
