| 女噴口腔芳香劑 酒測竟超標

【綜合報導】台中市1名沈姓女子（20歲）日前騎車肇事，警員處理車禍時，女子擔心口氣不佳，吹氣酒測會有味道，朝嘴噴灑口腔芳香劑，不料芳香劑含有乙醇（俗稱酒精），酒測值竟達0.36毫克，依法需以公共危險移送，但女子身上的確沒有酒味，還好抽血沒有酒精反應還她「清白」。
中國醫藥大學毒物科主任洪東榮表示，口腔芳香劑中的確含有酒精，若以呼氣酒測值0.36毫克換算，相當於正常人喝兩瓶啤酒。市警局交通大隊執法組長毛國匡表示，若民眾服用含乙醇成分食品或口腔芳香劑，可主動告知警方，警方會給予15分鐘讓唾液分解殘留口腔內的酒精成分。
