| 中華大學獎學金

我是今年要上中華大學的學生
我的學測43級分,是用繁星的方式上中華的
我想請問中華大學有個獎學金是入學時學測成績41級分以上可以領一萬塊
那要領那筆獎學金需要準備什麼嗎?
還是只要我入學時提出申請就好了
我怕學校會要我拿學測成績單之類的(我弄丟了)

| 北部自來水可能變濁 民眾快儲水

【王玉樹／台北報導】經濟部水利署今提出警告，北部土石鬆軟，大雨沖刷下，自來水水源濁度可能升高，恐影響供水，呼籲民眾要先儲水備用。
防止基隆河水位暴漲的員山子分洪道，水利署也加強戒護中，副署長田巧玲說，去年610水災，員山子分洪創下每秒分洪量773噸、總分洪量1800萬噸紀錄，「我們很怕這次再創紀錄，人員都已進駐加強戒備中」。

金價又添新空單？黃金租借利率飆4年半新高

倫敦市場黃金租賃利率 (gold lease rate) 周二 (9 日) 衝上 4 年半來新高，加上投資人正以史上最快速度拋售黃金，意味金價眼看勢必將創 30 多年來單年最大跌幅。
昨日倫敦黃金 1 月期租賃利率由周一 (8 日) 的 0.2578% 衝上 0.2988%，根據《彭博社》調查，創 2008 年 12 月 18 日以來最高紀錄。黃金租賃利率是以倫敦銀行同業美元拆借利率 (Libor) 減去黃金遠期利率 (GOFO) 計算出，而後者周一轉負值，創 2008 年 11 月以來首見。
金價今年來大跌 25%，黃金 ETP (指數型產品) 的持倉價值蒸發 613 億美元，因部分投資人對黃金保值功能喪失信心。不過金價在 6 月摔至 34 個月來最低價位後，卻刺激實體黃金買氣上升。倫敦金銀市場協會 (LBMA) 指出，租賃市場的黃金流動性逐漸稀少，可能會導致租借利率偏高及黃金遠期利率持續負值。
FastMarkets 駐倫敦分析師 James Moore 亦指出，黃金租賃利率躥升，部分原因可能來自亞洲實體黃金需求仍強勁，導致供應短缺。不過他提醒，金價之前遭逢相當大的拋售壓力，因此租賃利率升高，也可能因為金市又有新的空頭部位，而投資人在轉倉時需要回補這些空單。
金價第二季慘跌 23%，創史上最大單季跌幅，因美國聯準會 (Fed) 示意可能在今年就縮減量化寬鬆 (QE) 貨幣刺激規模。今年來投資人透過黃金 ETP 拋卸了 638.2 公噸黃金，導致持倉減至 2010 年 5 月以來新低 1993.8 公噸。
金價繼連續走揚 12 年之後，於今年 6 月 28 日翻落至 2010 年 8 月以來最低價位每盎司 1180.50 美元。若今年金價不再反彈，將寫下 1981 年來單年最大跌幅。
