惠譽吐槽歐蘭德：歐債危機未結束，摘法AAA評等

法國總統歐蘭德(Francois Hollande)今年6月在訪問日本時表示，歐元區債務危機已經結束。法資信評機構惠譽(Fitch)12日不僅正面駁斥歐蘭德的「危機結束論」，還摘除法國僅剩的「AAA」主權債務評等。

惠譽12日將法國外幣/本幣發行人違約評等(IDR)自「AAA」降一級至「AA＋」、展望為「穩定」。惠譽將法國一般政府債務總額(GGGD)GDP佔比觸頂水準自2012年12月預估的92%調高至94%(註：預估2014年觸及)，預期2017年僅會降至92%(註：原先預估為2017年將降至90%以下)。

惠譽認為歐元區危機尚未結束，源自危機的或有負債風險(EFSF、ESM)依舊偏高。惠譽預估法國經濟2013年將呈現負成長、明年預估僅微增0.7%，主要是受到外部需求低迷、競爭力低落以及失業率偏高的影響。法國2013年5月失業率達10.9%、創15年新高！

Thomson Reuters報導，最新調查顯示，經濟學家普遍預期法國經濟今年將衰退0.3%、明年預估僅成長0.6%。標準普爾、穆迪這兩家信用評等公司目前分別給予法國「AA＋」、「Aa1」(註：相當於惠譽的「AA＋」)，展望皆為「負面」。

MNI報導，法國統計局(Insee)6月27日公佈，當地6月份消費者信心指數自5月的79降至78、創1972年10月開始統計以來新低。哈佛大學教授、歷史學家Niall Ferguson 6月18日在接受CNBC電視台專訪時指出，受青年失業率居高不下的影響、今年夏季歐洲大城市也可能爆發大規模抗議活動，其中又以巴黎的可能性為最高。

我雲林人24歲男性~目前是上班族兼職~月薪兩萬一上下~
雖然說經濟真的很不景氣~
但我還是想上班族兼職在多點賺錢機會~
我有想過晚上上班族兼職~但朋友說不好做
~想多聽點有沒有更多的意見供參考~

許常德聲援洪仲丘　「國防部已孬成黑社會」

【綜合報導】針對陸軍下士洪仲丘被虐死案，知名音樂人許常德今早也在臉書聲援表示，「如果還要把惡整當做是磨練，難怪范佐憲能在這個時代扮成軍人保護台灣，要不是國防部已孬成黑社會，難怪這麼黑的共犯結構至今沒人說句公道話。」並提到「敢做不敢當的軍人形象，高華柱，你比誰都知道國防部有多誇張的問題。」替冤死的役男洪仲丘發聲。

許常德今早po文後，有網友歡迎許常德「一起到國防部示威遊行」，更有網友氣憤寫到「人渣過的輕鬆愉快，天天唱歌喝酒上腐逼打卡，善良民眾被惡整虐死，責任推給醫官，軍隊是為了什麼而存在的？是給人渣囂張用的嗎？」
