【綜合報導】高雄西子灣14日驚傳雷擊傷亡意外，帶走一條人命，氣象局氣象預報中心主任鄭明典今天在其臉書（www.facebook.com/?sk=welcome#!/mdc.cwb?fref=ts） 分享，美國今年10個雷擊死亡案例環境特徵，提醒民眾雷擊事件是在什麼情況發生，在雷雨時減少暴露在此類環境。

鄭明典在臉書PO文指，美國今年10個雷擊死亡案例環境特徵，包括1. 庭院的樹下、2. 湖上遊艇釣魚、3. 站立在餐廳外、4. 河中遊艇釣魚、5. 海灘散步、6. 公園裡、7. 在湖中遊艇釣魚、8. 登山使用金屬腳架、9. 露營區露營、10. 站立湖邊樹下。

【戴安瑋／台北報導】消保處、標檢局今公布市售小客車輪胎檢測，10件輪胎耐久性能測試全數符合國家標準，標示部份則有8件不符合規定，要求輪胎製造商改善。
 
標檢局說，至今已有6家業者改正完成，2家尚無法改正，已要求先行下架。這2家業者若拒改善，最重可罰20萬元。

消保處、標檢局於今年4月在北市、花蓮縣及高雄市輪胎行，購得10個小客車輪胎，包括普利司通輪胎2件、尼可斯2件、東洋四季胎1件等，售價在1400至 3500元，進行輪胎耐久性能檢測及標示查核。輪胎耐久性能檢測，10件全符合規定。商品標示上，普利司通2件輪胎符合標示規定，其餘8件多是英文標示，連輪胎行人員都看不懂。
 
消保處表示，經濟部2010年要求業者販售輪胎時要中文標示製造商名稱、電話等，未料這次查核仍有業者違反規定。
