「不滿意，可退費」的服務，現在延伸到銀行。有業者推出信用卡、以及房屋貸款等業務，如果客戶在30天內想要終止這項業務，不但退還手續費用、也免繳違約金。 到銀行貸款,不滿意還可退費,匯豐銀行從這個月起,客戶申辦房屋貸款、信用卡以及信用貸款等業務,在30天內想要停止這項業務,都可退手續費用或免繳違約金,成了國內銀行首創. ==匯豐銀行資深副總裁 葉清玉== 在這個三十天內他們是有一些財務的相關的 規劃的改變 他們想停卡譬如說 或者是 想結清他們的房貸我們就會退還 或者是不收一些相關的費用業者指出,民眾申請房貸時,30天內想要解約,只要結清房貸
就可免繳違約金,而申請信用卡時,同樣地可在核卡30天內,申請停卡就不用繳年費,至於信用貸款部分,結清後,免收手續費。 不過,由於是首創,因此,消保官提醒消費者,一定要留意其中的限制條件,也就是甚麼樣的情況可能不適用. ==行政院消保處副處長 吳政學== 其實業者在作促銷的時候應該資訊要充分 而且明白地揭露讓消費者知道 否則會有不實廣告的疑慮不過,這項30天保證滿意服務,從7月起開始先試辦半年,到今年年底為止,另外業者也指出,為避免投資客,所以每人房貸30天滿意保證服務只能用1次. 記者陳曉卿 謝其文 台北報導
