| 聯合國訂11月19日 為世界廁所日

【綜合報導】聯合國大會已決定將11月19日訂為世界廁所日，但這項日期的訂定是為了凸顯全球有25億人，沒有基本廁所設施的困境。
聯合國表示，全球70億人口中，60億人有手機，但只有45億人有廁所或公廁，因此聯合國呼籲193個成員國針對公廁問題進行改善，或採取政策來增加衛生設施和結束隨地排便。

| 西班牙列車事故 初步認定非恐怖攻擊

【綜合報導】西班牙北部聖地牙哥市(Santiago de Compostela)，今日有一列車發生嚴重出軌事故，目前已知造成45人死亡，當地調查人員初步認定，沒有恐怖攻擊跡象，初步研判是意外事故。
該國政府高層也已緊急召開會議，總理拉尤(Mariano Rajoy)將前往現場視察災情。
