標題[請問] 奶酥、香蒜醬很難抹怎麼辦？

偷瓦斯桶給老伴洗熱水澡　拾荒翁不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市60多歲趙姓拾荒男子凌晨在一處路邊攤抱回一支沒用完的20公斤裝瓦斯桶，隔天凌晨送回原位並留紙條道歉，被警方循線查獲並依竊盜罪送辦。事後趙男坦承想給老伴洗熱水澡才犯案，新北地檢署指趙男無前科且有悔意，攤商也不追究，今將趙男職權不起訴。

今年10月29日凌晨3時，趙翁在三峽區一處已打烊的攤販抱走瓦斯桶。他到案表示老伴有病在身，因家貧很久沒洗熱水澡，一時糊塗才抱瓦斯桶回家想孝敬老伴，反被老伴痛罵：「怎能偷人家的東西？」

隔天趙翁物歸原主，留紙條「對不起」向攤商致歉，但因攤商已報案，警方仍依監視畫面將趙男移送法辦。
