【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名懷胎5個月的少婦（21歲），7月中旬發現大她1歲的同居男友仍與前女友有連絡，少婦醋海大發質問，沒想到男友竟情緒失控，狠狠打了女友一頓，不但勒頸、呼巴掌、扯髮、撞牆，甚至跨坐肚子痛毆。
 
孕婦多處瘀傷，事後驗傷提告，但5天後卻與男友手牽手到警所撤告，讓警方當場傻眼，追問才知是少婦父親出面，施暴男友自知理虧道歉，才讓風波平息。

【蔡永彬／台北報導】台北市立動物園的貓熊「圓仔」愈來愈「大漢」，目前牠的耳朵、眼睛已會輕輕顫動。一般來說，貓熊出生後1個半月才會開眼，動物園的保育員現都在期待圓仔「小電眼」睜開放電的那一天。   

北市動物園統計，圓仔昨天喝4次奶，共喝164.8 C.C.，近期食量穩定。

【周昭平／高雄報導】創世基金會鳳山分院有感院內白色壁面較為冰冷，缺乏色彩，號召18位鳳山商工室內設計科學生，利用連續六個周六假期到院幫忙彩繪，總計有八面高2.5公尺、寬至少7公尺的牆面，學生分組繪上不同主題壁畫，今天宣告完成。

參與的學生謝宜芳說，看到牆面從無到有，很有成就感，為讓院內植物人感受外界色彩變化，特別畫上彩虹與多樣化色彩，雖然犧牲假期，但能幫助人感覺很快樂。院方說，增添色彩的壁面讓冰冷安養院增添色彩，感謝學生自發協助，會讓這些壁畫永存。
