【綜合報導】巴西石油礦業大亨巴蒂斯塔（Eike Batista），去年仍是巴西首富、世界第七大富豪，身家340億美元（約1.01兆台幣），16個月後的今日，他的身家蒸發了超過97%（約0.98兆台幣）。

巴蒂斯塔去年在美國《富比士》世界富豪榜排第7，意氣風發，但他旗下六間上市公司都沒錢賺，股價大跌，其中OGX油氣公司去年市值大跌九成。56歲的巴蒂斯塔某程度反映巴西的經濟狀況，巴西經濟連續增長多年後無以為繼，巴西股市今年跌了約23%。

【政治中心／台北報導】立法院今舉行臨時會，將逐條審查日前簽署的兩岸服貿協議，反黑箱服貿聯盟民眾今一早搶進立法院，遭警方強制驅離後在立院大門前靜坐。反黑箱服貿聯盟工作人員想在大門前綁支雨傘，被警方拒絕，靜坐民眾一氣之下，集體趨前決定推開大門，場面再度混亂。

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院將召開臨時會，民進黨團總召柯建銘上午受訪說，民進黨團主張行政院長江宜樺來報告大埔案與軍中人權。至於兩岸服貿協議，柯說，應先開公聽會，並慢慢審查，「這次臨時會不可能出委員會」。

至於洪仲丘案，柯建銘說，希望能成立立院的調閱委員會，另外有三個有關軍中訴訟制度變革的法律要徹底修法解決，至少臨時會期間要先付委審查，威權體系遺留下來的轉型正義問題一定要認真處理，否則未來這種案子還是會層出不窮。
