幫狗手淫不算虐待動物嗎？日前新北市新莊分局明志派出所前黃姓所長，竟然在值班時竟替一隻拉不拉多犬「打手槍」，還將過程拍成影片PO上網，遭到網友檢舉後，黃男遭記過調職，也被依《動保法》「無故虐待、騷擾動物」送辦。但經過3個月的調查後，農業局竟然簽報免罰結案，原因竟是「看不出狗不舒服」。

黃姓前所長在今年3月值班時，對拉不拉多犬「PUGU」手淫，過程不但拍攝下來，甚至還PO上網路供人瀏覽。這段影片之後在網友間瘋狂流傳，紛紛痛批黃男是「虐待」和「騷擾」並且檢舉。事後黃男遭記過調職，也被依《動保法》「無故虐待、騷擾動物」送辦。

新北市農業局得知後，不但介入調查，經過3個多月的時間，還請示過包括農委會、獸醫公會等機關和動保團體等。根據《蘋果日報》報導，結論竟然出人意料，他們竟認為狗狗看不出來有「不舒服」，甚至還認為當時狗狗搖尾巴的「感受情形」，感覺看來「滿開心的」。

影片中黃男雖然說出「出來了，真沒擋頭」，但只看到他「摸狗」的動作、狗狗猛搖尾巴，動保處無法認定是否有幫狗狗「打手槍」，黃男也否認替狗打手槍。只是這樣的結果，引發網友重砲抨擊，民眾質疑「你怎知道狗狗很爽？牠友說出來嗎？」

貝克漢（David Beckham）的老婆維多利亞（Victoria Beckham）與凱特王妃在其懷孕期間成為好友，據傳，在凱特誕下小王子後，育有4名子女的維多利亞致電傳授育兒秘訣。

綜合媒體報導，維多利亞與凱特感情深厚，且維多利亞懂得如何在媒體面前撫養孩子，及面對傳媒對家庭生活可能造成的壓力。

據報導，威廉王子目前掛名為英國足球協會會長，他與貝克漢在南非世界杯一見如故，且兩人在為英國申辦2018年世界杯中一同作戰，因而建立情感。而凱特王妃，則十分欣賞維多利亞設計的服裝，兩人相處甚歡。

維多利亞也打算讓女兒哈波（Harper）與威凱的喬治小王子相見，且她認為，「兩個孩子未來或許也能發展出一段很棒的友情。」

據消息人士稱，目前凱特不方便出門與朋友聚會，因此可能較多時候要讓維多利亞帶著女兒到凱特住處與她團聚，分享育兒經。此外，消息人士表示，能獲得維多利亞的支持和幫助，實在令人欣慰。

目前，威凱夫婦和小王子在凱特位於伯克郡（Berkshire）的娘家休養。
